12 x 12 Oak Hardwood Floor is seamless with a metal frame and hardwood top layer.

Can be set up inside on any solid surface, outside on concrete or wood deck. If set up on grass or uneven surface, a subfloor must be rented at an additional cost.

**Even with subfloor, the setup location will need to be flat and stable ground. We will not set up on areas with significant bumps, spongy ground and/or mud in the setup area, as this can cause the installation to become difficult and/or uneven
